Okay, the deal is I was on SI Board. So as a rep of an Indian organization on campus, we receive a lot of E-mails from Indian students who have questions about Cornell. I usually answer them promptly and honestly. So this one girl sends us an E-mails, asking about requirements; she wanted to apply to different schools, and wasn't sure whethere Cornell was right for her; blah, blah. I reply as usual, very professional-like. Now, she has my address added to her mailing list, and she send out different E-mails, like chain letters, but they are sent with the best of intentions, I suppose. But really, is it REALLY necessary? And she keeps on trying to add me as a Facebook friend, and I keep on rejecting her. And she apparently confused me for someone else and sent me a message about having photos and having to watch a particular movie. Okay, mistakes happen. But I don't even KNOW her, never saw her, she doesn't even go to my school now...so tell me, why should I add her as a friend. Maybe she has done this to other random Indian people at Cornell, because apparently I have 4 friends in common with her. OR perhaps, I really DO know her, and I just don't recognize the name...so, not like me, though.
